Online Purchase

Our Online Store provides a Secure Automatic Checkout with PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay using our  PayPal checkout on the online store  -you can pay using a major credit card.

Alternatively you can contact us by email to make other payment arrangements that are not processed through our automatic checkout system.

We will also accept INTERAC EMAIL MONEY TRANSFERS. To use this easy to use method of payment,  you must contact us  directly about  the painting you would like to purchase.
To use interac email money transfers , you must have online access to an account at one of the following participating financial institutions: Bank of Montreal, CIBC, RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank, or  TD Canada Trust.
All purchases made online are backed by our one week, money-back guarantee. If you wish to make a return, e-mail us at lbrown@taygallerykanata.com within five(5) days of receipt to notify us.

We will send you instructions on where to ship the item. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials provided. Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with the customer. After we receive your return, we will refund you the item purchase amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping and Handling

Tay Gallery Kanata charges a nominal shipping & handling charge for each item regardless of destination in Canada. We ship by  courier companies as well as Canada Post. Deliveries require a signature. We will provide you with shipping details ie. carrier and tracking information as well as expected arrival time when you purchase your painting.

Paintings can be ordered online and picked up at the store location for listed purchase price with no additional fees other than applicable taxes (HST Ontario).
